Q: What does "LED" stand for?

A: It stands for Light Emitting Diodes.

Q: Why the LED lights are so great?

A: LED lights can save 50% energy than traditional halogen lamp and can help to protect the environment. It can also reduce maintenance costs and can last longer.

Q: Where are LED lights being used?

A: The LED lights are used widely on the market. You can find them in restaurants, offices, parking areas, streetlights, dorm rooms, ice skating rinks and in homes.

Q: Can LED lights be used outdoors in rain or snow?

A: The intension of our LED lamps is used in indoor purpose. Although most of the lights will be worked in some extreme conditions, it's still important to protect the power supply when raining.

Q: What kinds of certificate do you have?

A: Our Company has certifications include CE, RoHs, ERP and ETL.

Q: Are you manufacturer or trading company?

A: Yes, our factory has been set up for 13 years. Our office is located in Hong Kong and manufacturing factory is in Shenzhen China.

Q: Can you OEM or ODM?

A: Yes, we have a strong research and developing team. The products can be produced according to your specification and request.

Q: How long is the production capacity?

A: Our factory daily production capacity is around 10,000pcs.

Q: Can we make our own color box?

A: Yes, if the order quantity reaches 5,000pcs, we can customize your own color box.

Q: Can we print our logo on the LED lights?

A: Yes, we can print your logo on the LED lights when the products are with lamp base. If the lamp without lamp base (e.g. G4 lamp), this cannot add your logo.

Q: How to make an order?

A: Pls send us an inquiry for any interested items, our sales teams will contact with you within 24 hours.

Q: How about delivery date of official order?

A: Normally 15 days for mass order.

Q: How about the shipment arrangement?

A: You can advise your courier account number (e.g. DHL) then we can ship by your delegated agent. The lamp can also be delivered by our shipment agent or delivery the lamp to your freight forwarder.
